Sajeev Kumarapuram is a Design Editor at The Times of India, working at the intersection of journalism, data and visual storytelling. After beginning his career in text, he made a deliberate shift to design — building a practice around layouts, illustrations and information graphics. Fifteen years later, he continues to shape how stories are seen as much as how they are read.
He is the designer of 100 Ways to See India: Stats, Stories and Surprises, a data-visualisation-driven exploration of the country, and the English translator of Yellow Lights of Death.
